Former Log Cabin Republican President Supports Obama, Changes Party

Here's another good example of why Barack Obama would be a better candidate than Hillary Clinton in the general election:

(Former) Houston Log Cabin Republican President Noel Freeman joined hundreds of LGBT volunteers in Texas to support Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama! Freeman says he will vote for Obama if he is the nominee, but will not vote for Hillary Clinton. He is an example of the class of crossover and independent voters that are attracted to Obama. A recent Pew poll found that Obama edges out John McCain among independents by 49 percent to 43 percent in a general election match-up. Because of his attraction to Barack Obama, Freeman has resigned from the Log Cabin Republicans and has switched parties.
