After taking a lot of heat for it's attempt to DEFEND the anti-gay Defense of Marriage Act, the Obama Administration DOJ now says it is unfair to gays and should be repealed, though they still have to defend it as current federal law.

Well I hope he sticks with this position. And I hope he fights against DADT as well.
