Here in Memphis about 100 protesters gathered at City Hall to protest the passage of the anti-gay marriage Prop. 8 in CA and support equality and LGBT civil rights. (It was windy, wet and COLD!)

It was inspiring to see how many DID turn up considering how bitterly cold it was; I was really proud of my city today.
