You idiot, if you read the article, Iraq had destroyed its weapons programs in the 90s, way before Bush illegally invaded the country based on the LIE that Iraq had WMDs that posed an IMMEDIATE risk to the U.S. It is a violation of international law to attack a country that did not attack you or posed no threat to you.
