Sept. 27, 2006, Harold Ford Jr. votes FOR HR 6166, the GOP "terrorist interrogation" Bill that weakens Habeas Corpus rights of those accused of criminal acts, and undermines the restrictions on torture agreed to in international law. The Bill gives Bush the "right" to commit more criminal acts in volation of U.S. and International law!
