I wasn't thrilled about Bayh, but he may be a good choice:
He's moderate/liberal on social issues (89% HRC rating,"pro-gay", opposed the anti-gay Federal Marriage Amendment, supported adding Sexual Orientation to Hate Crimes), more mixed on Abortion rights.
He's more moderate/conservative on economic issues (fiscal conservative)
